thank you so much and how much we enjoyed our
stay with you. You were very friendly and helpful
and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment
was lovely, very comfortable, clean and tidy
and we were very happy in it. The location of
your resort is perfect, situated in the centre
of town, without all the noise of the town centre
at night. The next time we come to Port Douglas
we will definitely email you to see if you have

the moment we booked with you, you have made
us feel so special and well looked after. Nothing
has been a problem and you certainly treated
us like we were your best friends, we felt that
from the very first email, till the moment we
left.
Your hospitality was outstanding. You should
be so proud of yourselves; there was nothing
we could fault. The apartment was immaculately
clean and modern and the grounds were beautifully
maintained. We will certainly be returning to

Hi Marie and Brett,
You guys are amazing, thanks for making my
holiday here in Australia so much nicer, I had
been staying at another resort in Port Douglas,
which I will not mention, but I can certainly
say, that the hospitality and quality of service
was disgusting, I was made to feel like I was
a nobody, even though I had to pay to leave,
I don’t regret it for one moment, as soon
as I arrived at your place, I felt like I had
just come home from a horrible experience and
you guys made me feel so special, you treated
me with respect and decency, which was so sadly
lacking else where. Their loss, your gain I
will be back, for I cannot complain about anything,
the place was immaculate and the hospitality
was outstanding, you guys are truly 5 stars
in my book.

disability was going to be a major problem for
me, as I am not as young as I use to be, you
and Brett made sure that you were always at
hand to help Stella if she needed extra physical
help, nothing was ever to much trouble, we are
sincerely appreciative of your kindness, patience
and understanding. You enable my wife who is
wheelchair bound to live here dream of holidaying
in Port Douglas in a beautiful and gentle environment,
with such special people looking after us.
